Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Colorado Springs to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as manager on duty, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to visual standards and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear, professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and regular follow up.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and adhere to Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during peaks when the Manager is absent.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Encourage compliance with policies, cashiering trust, and inventory accountability.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
