Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, train staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will manage scheduling, coaching, and daily execution while upholding Lids’ standards for appearance and service.

Responsibilities include driving sales through the Lids selling strategy, handling cash and inventory tasks, and maintaining store conditions. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires proactive, team-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer escalations.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Drive KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer service.
