Job summary

Lids in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role centers on driving sales, safeguarding inventory, and maintaining Store Standards across all areas of the shop.

You will serve as manager on duty, assist in recruiting and training staff, and uphold Lids policies while creating an inclusive, energetic environment for customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and daily operations when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates through LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Recruiting and training staff; ensuring policy adherence and store standards.
• Oversee cash management, POS operations, and inventory controls.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising per guidelines; support VM changes.
