Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise a team of associates, and deliver exceptional customer service to our fans. You will act as manager on duty when needed, uphold Lids standards, and foster a fun, inclusive store environment.

You will drive sales, manage scheduling, training, visual merchandising, inventory counts, and store safety, while ensuring accurate cash handling and achievement of KPIs. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet sales targets while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and other duties when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and train store personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, merchandising, inventory counts, and cash handling.
• Ensure store operations comply with safety and company policies and maintain visual standards.
