Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide leadership and training to staff as directed by Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
• Maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service levels
• Handle POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing procedures
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes, and merchandise management
• Support sales floor merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping
• Assist with payroll scheduling and timekeeping
• Lead training and development of direct reports; ensure adherence to customer service standards
• Support loss prevention and protection of company assets
• Work toward managing all day-to-day operations
