Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Team Leader in Frisco, TX to oversee daily store operations and guide a frontline team. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and drive store goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service and brand experience.

You will train staff, ensure product knowledge, and partner with leadership to execute local marketing and campaigns. This role requires flexibility, integrity, and a passion for coaching teams to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to customer needs.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work with integrity as part of a team.
• Takes initiative and collaborates with leadership on new ideas.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Wild Fork experience for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Lead on-the-job training and development for new joiners.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store KPIs and sales performance.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and motivate Sales Leaders to deliver best-in-class service.
• Address customer concerns with guidance from CS/QA and SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and store guidelines.
