Wild Fork in Tampa, FL is seeking a Store Team Lead to support store leadership and oversee daily operations. You will delegate tasks, monitor performance, and drive store objectives while delivering a Personal Chef shopping experience to guests.

You will train sales leaders, ensure policy adherence, and drive local marketing strategies to attract customers. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and product knowledge with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume customer service environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Enjoy interacting and engaging with customers and team members.
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Availability to work a flex schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Work with integrity as part of a team towards a shared vision while respecting others
• Systems capabilities: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Deliver best in class customer service.
• Provide a Wild Fork Personal Chef experience to customers and train team members to do the same.
• Be a subject matter expert in product categories and programs; cascade knowledge to the team.
• Lead by example as a Brand Ambassador and motivate Sales Leaders.
• Handle customer complaints with support from Customer Service and QA per SOPs.
• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• On-the-job training for new joiners with onboarding, training, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to schedule two weeks of shadowing and training.
• Lead continuous training programs and promote participation.
• Attend marketing and product training calls to inform staff about campaigns and events.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs with SSL.
• Supervise and motivate Sales Leaders to peak performance.
