Job summary

You will supervise associates, ensure visual standards, and assist across departments to maintain a seamless shopping experience. The role requires 18+ years old, 2–3 years of retail experience (preferably with leadership), and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience; preference for store leadership roles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while modeling Crocs values.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up with high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches to elevate customer experience.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
