Job summary

The Team Lead at Rack Room Shoes assists in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. • Train and develop staff and reinforce customer service standards.
• Loss prevention responsibilities to protect company assets.
• Work toward mastering day-to-day store operations.
