CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when managers are not on site and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, merchandising, and maintaining store standards. Eligibility includes a high school diploma and 40 hours per week, with a pay range that reflects experience and geography.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support store operations alongside CVS Store Management.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure privacy.
• Price, stock and merchandise weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Handle displays, signage, inventory and store resets following plans of action.
