Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not on site and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, operations execution, and strong customer engagement, with a standard 40-hour work week and a base hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
