Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow store processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and rotating items; build displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, scans, and paperwork.
• Assist with planogram implementation and merchandising presentation as directed.
