Responsibilities

• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance expectations and coordinate meetings to enforce policies.
• Open and close the store as required and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory turns and shrinkage; act on trends.
• Manage stock replenishment, ordering plans and cycle counts.
• Oversee staging, stocking and presentation of merchandise.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and cash control procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and secure store environment and strong customer service.
