Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive sales while upholding brand standards. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will guide daily operations, customer experience, and merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will recruit and develop staff, coach in real time, manage priorities, and ensure loss prevention and safety protocols are followed, with eligibility for full-time or part-time roles.

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance, customer-focused team; recognize and manage performance.
• Utilize company tools to educate and validate team execution of key functions.
• Maintain Loss Prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and accountability.
