Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and monitor scheduling.
• Assist the store manager in hiring by interviewing candidates and coordinating selections.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers promptly and notify customers on shipments.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled efficiently and accurately.
