Job summary

Curaleaf is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work closely with the Store Manager and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue, supervise cash handling, inventory, and scheduling, and serve as a brand ambassador for Curaleaf’s products and policies.

The role requires open availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights, with 10–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year of retail supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willing to travel to other locations 10%–25%.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and sales skills with attention to cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in developing, leading, and motivating a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by Store Management.
• Open/close shifts, delegate tasks, and schedule team members.
• Oversee cash handling, register counts, and bookkeeping activities.
• Monitor inventory trends and manage inventory to avoid outs/overstock.
• Ensure knowledge of computer systems and POS software.
