Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish) is highly desired.
• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desired credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom staff to execute customer service programs and drive sales.
• Assist in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and interview participation.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and customers informed on shipments.
