Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom including programs like Related sales and Rock the Call.
- Assist the store manager in staffing the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
- Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and selecting qualified team members.
- Ensure all transactions, returns, and orders (buy online/ship to store, transfers) are processed promptly and accurately.
