• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting, with regular follow-up.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline with verbal and written warnings.
• Engage the team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations effectively and ensure membership program adoption.
• Maintain visual guidelines, merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain store cash handling and prepare for inventory audits.
• Open and close the store following standard procedures.
