Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations at a busy location. You will drive sales, coach staff, and uphold service standards while ensuring a positive customer experience.

As a key member of the team, you will manage scheduling, training, inventory, and store presentation, while maintaining policy compliance and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience driving sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store operations.
• Coach and supervise store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Support recruitment and training of staff, ensuring policy compliance.
• Execute selling strategies to meet KPIs and service goals.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and visual guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, pricing changes, and product counts.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling duties.
