Formación

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff under supervision of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Ensure excellent customer shopping experience and service level standards.
• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty and opening/closing procedures.
• Control inventory, pricing, merchandising, and physical inventory processes.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budget compliance, and attendance.
