Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, supervise daily operations, and help maximize profitability while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Compensation includes an hourly rate with potential incentives, in a fast-paced environment that values inclusivity and teamwork.

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Help achieve and exceed sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
