Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure merchandising and store standards are met, partnering with Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive culture.

The role suits someone with 1+ years in retail or store leadership, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of physical duties like stocking and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset with authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
