Job summary

You will team with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to store success in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer engagement and exceed sales goals.
• Coach and develop associates to provide exceptional service.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory integrity.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and uphold safety standards.
