Responsibilities

• Supervise sales team members and manage schedules and training.
• Greet customers, handle phones, resolve issues, and promote a hassle-free experience.
• Receive, verify, and unload orders; operate cash register and balance cash.
• Stock shelves, take inventory, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder; support peak-season needs.
• Contribute to end-of-month reporting and basic account tasks.
