Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will act as the manager on duty when needed, supervise staff, enforce company policies, and ensure the store meets KPI targets while maintaining a fun, inclusive team environment.

This role requires hands-on leadership in merchandising, inventory control, and daily cash handling, with a focus on training and developing associates.
