Lids Sports Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-energy team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage staffing, execute store standards, and ensure accurate loss prevention while upholding Lids’ brands and in-store customization programs.

Qualifications

• Experience achieving sales targets and minimizing losses.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting with regular follow-up.
• Administer progressive discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment and aligning with company objectives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and appropriate safeguarding of inventory and funds.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Drive selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and prepare store for inventory audits and daily operations.
