Job summary

Royal Farms Portsmouth is seeking a Team Leader to manage store operations on duty, act as Person in Charge when a senior manager isn’t present, and drive customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, ensure product availability, and oversee safety, cash handling, and remediation of issues.

The role focuses on leading by example, maintaining high standards of service, and delivering consistent, efficient store performance across food service and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsibilities
