Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by engaging stakeholders, meeting customer and business needs, and driving goals.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, touring stores, and communicating store operations, direction, and change initiatives.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by applying the OBW model, addressing complaints, and implementing actions to improve the customer experience.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
