Job summary

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, plus general work experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates; assign duties; recognize performance; promote belonging.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; coordinate plans to meet staffing needs and business goals.
• Lead teams, provide feedback, and implement store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• Support Open Door Policy and drive process improvements to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
