Qualifications

• 2 years' college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and training may be required.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Lead and develop teams, promote belonging, and implement business solutions.
