Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring of associates; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; providing associate recognition.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and giving feedback; implementing business solutions.
• Drives store performance by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, integrity, customer service excellence, and continuous learning across all store levels.
