Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions and escalate risks quickly.
• Lead merchandising efforts including recoveries, replenishment, and fixture resets.
• Lead service coverage on the floor and reinforce Rally House service standards.
