Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to lead floor operations and energize the store team. You will guide shifts, coach teammates, and ensure excellent guest experiences while upholding merchandising standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 10–20 hours weekly including weekends and events. This role is on-site in Texas and pays hourly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy, high-commitment store culture.
• Model service behaviors and standards consistently.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution.
• Serve as a go-to resource for operational questions and routines.
• Escalate operational risks quickly to leadership.
• Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets on shift.
• Guide teammates on visual standards and product placement.
• Support floor transitions and promotional events.
• Drive sales through guest-focused service and urgency.
• Coach teammates to maximize guest opportunities and service quality.
