Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store teams, set pace on the floor, and energize shifts. This role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and a strong sense of urgency to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Rally House.

The Team Captain will onboard new teammates, coach daily, and ensure merchandising and service standards are upheld across all events. This position is part-time with a flexible schedule in a sports-focused retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain a high-energy store culture and model service behaviors.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts to ensure execution, and serve as a go-to resource for basic operational questions.
• Validate completion of daily operational routines and escalate risks quickly to leadership.
• Lead merchandising tasks including recovery, replenishment, fixture resets, and visual standards.
• Lead the floor to ensure service coverage and prioritize guests, handling escalated customer concerns with professionalism.
• Drive sales during shifts by focusing on guests and promoting promotions, events, and hot markets.
