Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing needs.
• Guest-first mentality with high energy and motivational leadership.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours weekly including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Embodies brand culture and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with mission and values.
• Coach associates and track training completion to reinforce expectations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and daily operational readiness.
• Schedule staff to balance availability with peak business hours.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs.
