You will drive staffing strategies, model service excellence, and serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates meet appearance and professionalism standards while aligning with our mission and values.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, coach peers, and maintain strong communication with store leadership to optimize guest experiences and store performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a track record of building high-performing, diverse teams.
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• Must possess a relentless Guest First mentality and infectious energy.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and proper shutdown of daily activities.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process.
• Master scheduling by balancing associate availability with evolving business needs for optimal guest engagement.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs that support skills, guest experience, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
