You will drive full-cycle recruitment, coach associates and leaders, schedule to maximize guest engagement, and onboard and train staff through our programs.

This role requires 3-5 years in high-volume retail management, a Guest First mindset, and the energy to lead with authenticity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Proven ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong store-ops knowledge and scheduling foresight.
• GuestFirst mentality and high energy.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Brand ambassador with polished appearance standards.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to translate staffing metrics into actionable strategies.
• Motivates and develops others through authentic relationships.
• Strong decision-making under pressure and proactive sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Model service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Open and close procedures for operational readiness.
• Act as brand ambassador and educate candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Support training effectiveness by coaching, gathering feedback, and partnering with leadership to reinforce expectations.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with mission.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates; manage open requisitions and communications.
• Master scheduling to balance associate availability with peak business hours for guest engagement.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs.
