The Talent Leader will recruit a diverse, high-caliber team and align staffing with our mission and values to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, coach staff, and ensure scheduling supports peak guest engagement while upholding the brand’s appearance and professionalism standards.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Experience building diverse, high-performing teams.
• HR experience is a plus.

• Models service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating candidates on appearance and professionalism.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract aligned candidates.
• Conduct professional interviews with standardized evaluation tools.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates.
• Master scheduling to align availability with peak hours.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs.
