Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Adheres to guest service standards and supports store leadership.
• Coaches associates on guest interactions and performance.
• Maintains a clean, presentable store environment; assists with merchandising.
• Assists opening/closing procedures and follows loss prevention policies.
• Acts as a leader on duty as needed and upholds the Code of Conduct.
