Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a track record of building diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of store operations to anticipate staffing needs before impact on guests.
• Must have a relentless Guest First mentality and high energy to inspire others.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, 40 hours per week including holidays and weekends.
• Strong brand alignment with professional standards and appearance guidelines.
• Expert at scheduling, balancing associate availability with peak business hours.
• Forward-thinking recruiter who builds bench strength for future growth.
• Able to translate staffing metrics into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Model exceptional service and coach associates to deliver great experiences.
• Perform opening/closing procedures to ensure readiness and daily shutdowns.
• Act as brand ambassador; educate candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Support training effectiveness by coaching, tracking, and gathering feedback.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with our mission.
• Conduct interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools for consistent hiring.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates; manage requisitions and messaging.
• Master scheduling to place the right talent at the right time for peak performance.
• Onboard and train team members through programs supporting guest experience and product knowledge.
