Stand Out For Good, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Talent Leader to recruit and develop a diverse, high-performing team across our Altar’d State stores.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment and coach leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards. In this role you will schedule staffing for peak guest engagement, manage onboarding and training, and drive alignment with our mission to give back to communities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with team-building experience.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing needs.
• Guest-first mentality and high energy to motivate others.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong brand embodiment and professional appearance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop evaluation tools for consistent hiring.
• Serve as liaison between hiring leaders and candidates and manage open requisitions.
• Schedule staff to maximize guest engagement and peak operational performance.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs focusing on skills and product knowledge.
