Responsibilities

• Analyze current reporting delivery methods in stores and determine the future roadmap
• Review processes for ordering, selling, and financial follow-up of the Marmaxx Beverage program
• Determine best practices and requirements for a “one TJX” Cash office solution
• Evaluate store needs against the strategy for deployed mobile devices and workstation hardware
• Determine business use cases and ROI for enabling in-store Wi‑Fi
• Assist in managing business requirements and execution plans for store infrastructure and network technical roadmaps
• Advocate for Marmaxx stores in prioritization activities with other business divisions and IT
• Partner with Stores, Field Leadership, IT, and Home Office departments to deliver systems solutions
• Support evaluation, implementation, development, upgrades, and rollouts of system changes
