Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Operations Manager in New York to lead daily store functions, maintain brand standards, and optimize productivity. This role focuses on inventory control, cash handling, and team coordination to ensure excellent customer service and store readiness.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail operations management, strong SAP and Excel skills, and familiarity with RFID systems. On-site position with a focus on safety, maintenance, and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of retail operations management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for inventory and reporting.
• Knowledge of RFID systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of POS systems and back-of-house operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements
