Five Below in Newington, NH is seeking an enthusiastic Manager on Duty to oversee daily store operations, supervise crew, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout that wows customers. You will train associates, open or close the store, secure cash, and partner with the store leadership team on merchandising, sales, and guest service while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and cash security.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; collaborates on merchandising.
