• Manages store displays, signage, and promotional resets per corporate guidelines
• Executes opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations and staff
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed
