Five Below in Saugus, MA is seeking an enthusiastic Store Supervisor to lead the crew, greet customers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will oversee daily store activities, assist with receiving and stocking new merchandise, act as Manager on Duty, and help open/close procedures while safeguarding cash and store security.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the customer through personal contact and ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking new merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage merchandising and expenses.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning tasks.
