Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery procedures.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning duties.
