Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact and training.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and operations procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
