The role entails opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining shop standards as part of a dynamic retail team. We value energetic, reliable individuals with strong communication skills who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• College experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and stay composed.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers at checkout through fast, friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service quality.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, security, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and controls expenses.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
